AKA Harrogate Crime Festival 2012.... Well, there will be me! Yes, finally, I'll be making my return to the crime festival this year. Already sorted and just need to be booked in, I'm hoping to be there from the Friday night, through to the Sunday. Looking forward to the events (for those who haven't yet seen the program... http://www.harrogateinternationalfestivals.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/crime_web.pdf). I'll also be joining in with the 'Come Die with me'... I'm determined to be in something with a similar title to the show I missed out on last year!!!! So, who else will be around? |

I'm planning to go on Pointless on BBC1 with my mate, to see if we can win enough money so's I can attend this year!  It'll be the only way I can manage to get to H'gate, and hopefully it'll be didded in enough time before the event! I'll keep everyone posted as to the progress and if me and my mate are selected through the auditions. Should be a laff. So with any luck, we'll get to meet at last Ravens!!!   |

I won't be there this year, as Dave's 50th birthday is coming up and we are having a weekend in New York in July.

Terry and I will be there from Thursday night to saturday morning as usual...Just gutted we will miss Harlen Coben on the Sunday.

I really really wanted to be at Harrogate this year, but my trusty holiday companion has osteoporosis, so the 32 hour plane ride is too much at this stage. If I can be brave enough to travel alone I might get back one year.

So...as you might have guessed... I shall be a non-attendee this year. Still waiting for my mate to give the go-ahead for the pointless quiz form to be sent in... I need his mug-shot as well, but we've both been hectically busy with the Radio station, hopefully sometime soon we'll get sorted, but next year... no matter what obstacles are put before me, I shall be there... I hope!!!

Sadly, I won't be arriving this year. This week saw my promotion at work which has led to a massive amount of meetings, emails and travel. I promised the family that I would spend some time with them as I'll be doing the same thing for a little while now.....
*shrugs shoulders*
Here's hoping next year.
