Buying BURIED!

For anyone who was, you know, maybe vaguely considering...in a 'just kind of mulling it over' sort of way...buying the new book, it will be available - all spiffy-looking in its nice new jacket - from this coming Monday, May 1st. So grabbing a copy anytime that week (up to the Friday if poss, for what marketing types call 'maximum chart impact") would be hugely appreciated by my poor poor children who live on dry bread and don't have shoes etc etc.
